1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We currently offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria and international shipping to selected destinations.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and shipping method selected.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly communicated on our website and social media.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order directly through our courier partner’s website or via your Modara Urban account (if registered).
5. International Orders
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are correct before completing checkout.
Modara Urban will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
